Functieomschrijving Als Inside Sales Medewerker bij Normec AquaServa speel jij een belangrijke rol in het vinden en benutten van commerciële kansen. Je legt contact met klanten en prospects, volgt leads actief op en weet interesse om te zetten in concrete afspraken en resultaten. Stap in de rol Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van het commerciële team. Je legt contact met bestaande en potentiële klanten, volgt leads op en belt offertes na. Ook cold calling hoort bij de functie. Je werkt vooral via telefoon en ons CRM-systeem. Je brengt de behoefte van prospects in kaart en bespreekt hoe wij deze potentiële klanten kunnen helpen. Gesprekken werk je gericht uit naar afspraken, offertes of vervolgacties. Wil je op termijn doorgroeien naar Accountmanager New Business? Dan bekijken we samen welke stappen daarvoor nodig zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Benaderen van nieuwe en bestaande klanten via telefoon, e-mail en digitale kanalen; - Opvolgen en kwalificeren van inbound en outbound leads; - Actief benaderen van prospects via cold calling; - In kaart brengen van klantbehoeften en bespreken van passende oplossingen; - Opstellen, versturen en nabellen van offertes; - Beheren van de verkooppijplijn in het CRM-systeem; - Samenwerken met het sales team en gekwalificeerde leads overdragen aan accountmanagement.
