Bij ScioTeq Avionics zijn we op zoek naar een Safety & Reliability Engineer om ons RAMS-team te versterken en bij te dragen aan innovatieve avionica programma's die klanten wereldwijd ondersteunen.

Dit is een unieke kans om technische expertise, analytisch denken en cross-functionele samenwerking te combineren in een zeer gespecialiseerde avionica omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Safety & Reliability Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en coördineren van

Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) activiteiten gedurende de ontwikkelingslevenscyclus van onze avionica systemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met hardware-, software- en systeemingenieurs om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste veiligheids- en betrouwbaarheidsnormen, terwijl je certificeringsinspanningen en continue improvement initatieven ondersteunt.

  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt Safety Assessment Reports (SAR en PSAR).
  • Je voert veiligheidsanalyses uit gedurende de productontwikkelingslevenscyclus.
  • Je voert reliaility predictions (RPR) uit om de levensduur en prestaties van het product te beoordelen.
  • Je analyseert betrouwbaarheidsgegevens en doet aanbevelingen naar verbeteringen toe.
  • Je evalueert systeem betrouwbaarheidseisen en compliance.
  • Je voert Foutmodus- en Effectenanalyses (FMEA) uit.
  • Je beoordeelt potentiële foutscenario's en hun impact op systeemprestaties en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt samen met engineeringteams om corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen te implementeren.
  • Je definieert en evalueert Ingebouwde Test (BIT) concepten en diagnostiek.
  • Je ondersteunt verificatieactiviteiten die de robuustheid en onderhoudbaarheid van het systeem verbeteren.
  • Je draagt bij aan de evolutie van RAMS methodologieën, normen en processen.
  • Je onderzoekt nieuwe tools, technologieën en trends in de industrie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Software-, Hardware- en Systeemingenieursteams.
  • Je neemt deel aan technische reviews en multidisciplinaire projectbesprekingen.
  • Je ondersteunt veiligheidscertificeringsactiviteiten en audits.
  • Je treedt op als vertrouwde adviseur op het gebied van veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je rapporteert aan de R&D Manager Hardware.
  • Je behaalde een master, bij voorkeur in lucht- en ruimtevaarttechniek, elektronica, ingenieurswetenschappen of een aanverwante technische studie.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in veiligheidsengineering, betrouwbaarheidstechniek, lucht- en ruimtevaart, avionica of een verwante hightechsector.
  • Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving is een pluspunt; kennis van veiligheidsnormen en -technologieën in de lucht- en ruimtevaart is een mooie troef.
  • Je beschikt over gedegen kennis van veiligheidsbeoordelingsrapporten (SAR/PSAR).
  • Je hebt kennis van betrouwbaarheidsprognoses (RPR).
  • Je hebt kennis van foutmodus- en effectanalyses (FMEA).
  • Je bent bekend met ingebouwde tests (BIT).
  • Je hebt kennis van ARP4754 en ARP4761 of bent bereid deze te leren.
  • Kennis van de tools Winchill Risk and Reliability en Jama Connect is een pluspunt.
  • Je combineert een scherpe analytische instelling met een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je pakt problemen proactief aan en zet uitdagingen om in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag interdisciplinair samenwerkt.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Engels; Nederlands is een mooie plus.
