Dan is de functie van Safety & Security Manager wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging.Als Safety & Security Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen en continu verbeteren van de veiligheid en security binnen onze organisatie. Je hebt een brede verantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid van onze gasten, medewerkers en bezoekers en zorgt ervoor dat risico's tijdig worden gesignaleerd, beoordeeld en beheerst. Je bewaakt de naleving van procedures en wet- en regelgeving, adviseert het management en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid stevig is verankerd in de dagelijkse operatie.In deze veelzijdige en verantwoordelijke functie combineer je een strategische blik met zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer. Je neemt de regie wanneer situaties daarom vragen, coördineert de aanpak van incidenten en zorgt voor een professionele en effectieve opvolging. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en weet je medewerkers bewust te maken van hun rol en verantwoordelijkheid op het gebied van safety en security. Ook buiten reguliere kantoortijden moet op jouw expertise en besluitvaardigheid kunnen worden vertrouwd.Naast jouw verantwoordelijkheid voor safety en security werk je nauw samen met onze Technische Dienst. Je stemt veiligheidsvraagstukken en technische risico's af, ondersteunt bij het realiseren van een veilige en goed functionerende omgeving en draagt bij aan een integrale aanpak van veiligheid, techniek en gastvrijheid.
