Als Safety & Security Officer ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid en beveiliging op onze site. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij het beheersen van risico's en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.

Daarnaast neem je als Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid op voor de beveiliging van de site en de naleving van de geldende ISPS-vereisten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Safety

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operators, supervisors en contractors rond Safety.
  • Je voert Safety Walks en field observations uit en volgt verbeteracties op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij risicoanalyses, toolbox meetings en veilige werkmethodes.
  • Je coördineert incidentonderzoeken en bewaakt de uitvoering van corrigerende acties.
  • Je stimuleert behavioural safety en medewerkersbetrokkenheid.
  • Je volgt de veiligheidsprestaties van contractors en de naleving van het permit-to-work systeem op.
  • Je coördineert noodplanoefeningen en emergency drills.

Security - PFSO

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk als Port Facility Security Officer.
  • Je beheert en implementeert het Port Facility Security Plan.
  • Je coördineert security-inspecties, oefeningen en drills volgens ISPS.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met havenautoriteiten en externe securitypartners.
  • Je bewaakt toegangscontrole, bezoekersprocedures en security awareness.
  • Je coördineert onderzoeken naar security-incidenten.
  • Je ondersteunt het beheer van CCTV, toegangscontrole en fysieke beveiligingsmaatregelen.

Je bent een praktisch ingestelde Safety professional die graag op de werkvloer aanwezig is. Je weet medewerkers en leidinggevenden te overtuigen en combineert een sterke veiligheidsfocus met een constructieve, no-nonsense aanpak.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een technische opleiding (mechanica, elektriciteit, chemie, SHE of gelijkwaardig).
  • Een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 3.
  • Een opleiding/erkenning als PFSO.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële productie- of procesomgeving.
  • Kennis van risicoanalyses en Safety & Security-wetgeving.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
