Salarisadministratie: - Je verwerkt volledig zelfstandig complexe salarisadministraties voor klanten; - Je verwerkt en controleert loonstroken tot en met de definitieve output; - Je richt nieuwe klanten in en begeleidt de opstart; - Je begeleidt en coacht junior én medior payroll professionals; - Je neemt collega's inhoudelijk mee in complexe cases en draagt kennis actief over; - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, structuur en procesdiscipline binnen het team; - Je beantwoordt klantvragen van eenvoudig tot complex niveau; - Je signaleert verbeterkansen in processen en systemen en neemt een voortrekkersrol om deze te implementeren; - Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen Nmbrs en deelt nieuwe inzichten met het team; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor complexe salarisvraagstukken; - Je blijft actueel in wet- en regelgeving en deelt cao-wijzigingen.
