Wat ga je precies doen Als salarisadministrateur draag je bij aan het ondersteunen van Duitse bedrijven met Nederlandse werknemers. Je combineert administratieve precisie met een adviserende aanpak, waarbij je klanten helpt om complexe Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving te begrijpen en toe te passen. In deze rol werk je in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar je dagelijks wordt uitgedaagd om je kennis te verdiepen en verder te groeien. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerken: van salarisgegevens en het opstellen van loonstroken in Nmbrs. - Adviseren: van klanten over Nederlandse HR- en salarisvraagstukken. - Beantwoorden: van klantvragen over salarisadministratie en wetgeving. - Bijhouden: en toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving in je dagelijkse werk. - Samenwerken: en sparren met collega’s binnen een professioneel en collegiaal team.

We bieden een pakket aan voordelen dat perfect aansluit bij jouw ambities en behoeften. - Salaris: € 3.300,- tot € 4.800,- bruto per maand. - Contract: tijdelijk met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Werkuren: flexibel, tussen 24 en 40 uur per week. - 8% vakantietoeslag en 4% eindejaarspremie. - 100% remote werken bij voldoende ervaring. - Extra verlofdagen en een uitstekende pensioenregeling.

Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een ervaren salarisadministrateur die nauwkeurig werkt en graag klanten ondersteunt in een internationale context. - 3-5 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie voor externe klanten. - Ervaring met digitale salarissystemen; kennis van Nmbrs is een pré. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (moedertaalniveau). - Basiskennis van de Duitse taal en bereidheid om dit te verbeteren. - PDL-, BKL- of VPS-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
