Vacature: Salaris- en personeelsadministrateur (8-16 uur per week)

Ben jij een kei in salarisadministratie, houd je van structuur én heb je affiniteit met personeelszaken? Dan hebben wij een leuke plek voor jou in ons team.

Wij zijn een gezellig en professioneel administratiekantoor in Beverwijk. Voor de ondersteuning van onze salarisadministratie zijn wij op zoek naar een salaris- en personeelsadministrateur die ons team 8 à 16 uur per week komt versterken. De salarisverwerking zelf doen wij voornamelijk extern, maar jij zorgt er voor dat alles achter de schermen tot in de puntjes geregeld is.

Wat ga je doen?

- Verzamelen, aanleveren en controleren van mutaties voor de salarisverwerking (maar je hebt wel de kennis in huis om ook zelf salarisberekeningen te kunnen maken)

- Contact onderhouden met de salarisverwerking

- Beheren van personeelsdossiers

- Verwerken van verlof, ziekte en in- of uitdiensttreding

- Ondersteunen bij HR-gerelateerde vragen en administratieve taken

Wat breng jij mee?

- Ervaring met salaris- of personeelsadministratie

- Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig

- Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt graag mee

- Ervaring met Exact is een pre
