Functieomschrijving Jij zorgt dat elke collega erop kan vertrouwen Stel je voor: 2.900 collega's die elke maand met vertrouwen naar hun bankrekening kijken. Dat vertrouwen begint bij jou. Als salarisadministrateur bij ben jij de stille kracht achter een van de meest essentiële processen in onze organisatie. Een functie waarbij jouw nauwkeurigheid, vakkennis en betrokkenheid elke maand direct impact hebben op iedereen die bij ons werkt. Wat ga je doen? Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Veenendaal werk je samen met vier collega-salarisadministrateurs aan de volledige salarisverwerking voor circa 2.900 medewerkers. Jij krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere BV's binnen de organisatie en verwerkt zelfstandig de maandelijkse mutaties. Concreet betekent dat: * Het controleren en toepassen van loonheffingen; * Het aanleveren van salariscijfers en managementinformatie aan directie en controllers; * Het signaleren van afwijkingen en bijzonderheden, proactief en oplossingsgericht; * Adviseren over en verwerken van aanvragen rondom secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; * Het continu optimaliseren van processen in AFAS Profit HRM/Payroll; * Werken met actuele wet- en regelgeving ; * Het opstellen van heldere werkinstructies om de kwaliteit van processen te waarborgen. Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel en hecht HR-team dat samenwerking hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Donderdag is de vaste kantoordag en worden de werkzaamheden, vraagstukken en ervaringen met elkaar gedeeld. Wie ben jij?
