Je zorgt ervoor dat salarissen tijdig en correct worden uitbetaald en dat alle loonheffingen en sociale premies volgens de wet- en regelgeving worden afgedragen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten om hen te adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden, cao's en pensioenen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het verwerken van jaaropgaven en het opstellen van diverse salarisgerelateerde rapportages. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en draagt bij aan de verbetering van administratieve processen. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde opleiding PDL of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de salarisadministratie. - Ervaring met salarissoftware zoals AFAS of Loket is een pre. - Inzicht in loonbelasting en sociale verzekeringen. - Een klantgerichte en servicegerichte houding.
