Ben jij een ervaren salarisadministrateur die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook de kracht van een betrokken team waardeert? Dan voel jij je bij Kab waarschijnlijk snel thuis. Bij Kab geloven we dat een goede salarisadministratie veel meer is dan het verwerken van mutaties. Jij bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor klanten, denkt mee over vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers van onze klanten iedere maand kunnen rekenen op een correcte salarisverwerking. Door onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een collega die ons gezellige en deskundige team in Didam komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt voor diverse MKB-klanten uit verschillende branches en bent voor hen een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking. - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten over de salarisadministratie en lopende vraagstukken. - Het beantwoorden van vragen over loonstroken, arbeidsvoorwaarden en wet- en regelgeving. - Het signaleren van advieskansen en het samenwerken met onze specialisten wanneer dat meerwaarde biedt voor de klant. - Het volgen van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze direct toepassen in de praktijk. Jouw profiel Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, overzicht houdt en graag klantcontact heeft. Je vindt het leuk om zaken uit te zoeken, denkt in oplossingen en houdt ook tijdens drukke periodes het hoofd koel. Daarnaast heb je: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Een afgeronde PDL-opleiding (VPS is een pré). - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen de salarisadministratie. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Affiniteit met IT en financiële systemen. - Ervaring met Nmbrs?
