Bij Infin krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig salarisadministraties te verzorgen, klanten persoonlijk te adviseren en actief mee te denken over het verbeteren van processen. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team van zeven salarisprofessionals, waarbij persoonlijke groei, kennisdeling en werkplezier centraal staan. En misschien nog belangrijker: bij Infin hoef je geen uren te schrijven. Jouw rol - Het zelfstandig verzorgen van salarisadministraties voor MKB-klanten. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij salaris- en personeelsvraagstukken. - Adviseren over onder andere verloning, pensioen, cao's, aangiften en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Signaleren en verbeteren van processen binnen de salarisadministratie. - Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen binnen het vakgebied. - Vertalen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen naar praktische oplossingen voor klanten. - Samenwerken met het salaristeam van zeven collega's. - Bezoeken van klanten; hiervoor zijn poolauto's beschikbaar. Wie we zoeken We vinden het belangrijker wie je bent en hoe je werkt dan dat je precies aan ieder vinkje voldoet. We zoeken daarom iemand die nauwkeurig is, graag meedenkt en energie krijgt van klantcontact. Daarnaast beschik je bij voorkeur over: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig Salarisadministrateur. - Een PDL- en/of VPS-diploma, of de bereidheid om deze te behalen. - Ervaring met salaris- en verloningssoftware. - Een nieuwsgierige en leergierige instelling. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding. - De drive om nét dat stapje extra te zetten voor klanten en collega's.
