De organisatie heeft meerdere vestigingen verspreid over Nederland en bevindt zich in een fase van verdere groei en ontwikkeling. Vanuit de financiële afdeling wordt een belangrijke bijdrage geleverd aan een professionele en betrouwbare bedrijfsvoering. Als salarisadministrateur krijg je binnen deze organisatie een veelzijdige verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met het zorgvuldig uitvoeren van de salarisadministratie en de bijbehorende wettelijke werkgeversverplichtingen, maar bent ook een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers bij vragen over salarissen en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Salarisadministrateur (32-40 uur) Functie Als salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende aspecten van de salarisadministratie en ondersteunende financiële werkzaamheden. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van wettelijke werkgeversverplichtingen met betrekking tot salarissen en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en managers over de salarisadministratie - Het berekenen en voorspellen van de financiële gevolgen van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving - Het vastleggen van gegevens in het registratiesysteem - Het registreren van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen - Het verwerken van mutaties Wat heb je nodig? Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie beschik je over: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als salarisadministrateur/payroll professional, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een PDL-certificering. - Uitstekende kennis van Exact Online, Excel en PowerPoint. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed gevoel voor cijfers. - De bere...
