Dan zijn wij opzoek naar jou! Over Monta Monta is hét e-commerce bedrijf dat de logistiek voor ruim 3.000 webwinkels verzorgt. We werken vanuit meerdere zelfstandige e-commerce warehouses en zorgen wereldwijd voor de verwerking en bezorging van orders van haar klanten. Over HR bij Monta De HR-afdeling verzorgt vanuit Molenaarsgraaf voor alle Monta vestigingen de HR-werkzaamheden. Als salarisadministrateur maak je deel uit van de afdeling HR en houd jij je bezig met de salarisbetalingen van Monta. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met je HR-collega's en alle (Vestigings)managers. Wat ga je doen? Als junior salarisadministrateur bij Monta: - Ondersteun jij onze geweldige collega van de salarisadministratie en zorg je voor een foutloze verwerking van alle personeelsgegevens; - Verzamel, verwerk en controleer je mutaties, waarbij je proactief achter de afwijkende en ontbrekende gegevens aangaat; - Zorg je niet alleen voor een tijdige en correcte salarisbetaling maar beheer je ook de pensioenen; - Denk je voortdurend na hoe wij onze processen van de salarisadministratie kunnen optimaliseren. Hoe handiger dingen kunnen, hoe beter! Wie ben jij? Als salarisadministrateur kunnen wij jou niet missen! Jij zorgt ervoor dat ruim 1000 Monta medewerkers op tijd betaald krijgen. Je bent punctueel en accuraat in je administratieve werk. Je hebt een open houding naar onze collega's die vragen hebben over hun salaris. Je vindt het leuk om vraagstukken hierover te beantwoorden.
