Over de functie Wij zoeken een HR Flex Medewerker Salarisadministratie die zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salaris- en personeelsadministratie van de flexkrachten. Jij houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loon, contracten en beloning. Wat ga jij doen? - Het verwerken van uren, declaraties en loonmutaties; - Het controleren van loonstroken, eerste verloningen en facturen; - Het opstellen van contracten en beheren en controleren van personeelsdossiers; - Het toepassen van cao's, wet- en regelgeving en beloningsafspraken; - Het verwerken van reserveringen en ziekteberekeningen; - Het beantwoorden van vragen van flexkrachten, opdrachtgevers en collega's over salaris en contracten; - Het opstellen van rapportages en bewaken van marges; - Het adviseren van klanten over urenregistratie, beloning en wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving.
