Iemand die niet alleen salarissen verwerkt, maar ook begrijpt wat er achter de cijfers zit. Die graag meedenkt met klanten, scherp is op detail en energie krijgt van het werken met moderne, digitale systemen. Je werkt in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is en sterk inzet op automatisering. Dat vraagt om iemand die niet alleen salarissen correct en tijdig verwerkt, maar ook kritisch kijkt naar processen, knelpunten signaleert en actief bijdraagt aan verbetering. Klanten verwachten steeds meer gemak, inzicht en snelheid - jij speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het zelfstandig verzorgen van salarisadministraties voor een eigen klantenportefeuille; Signaleren van relevante wet- en regelgeving en dit vertalen naar de praktijk; Adviseren van klanten op het gebied van loonheffingen, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-vraagstukken; Bijdragen aan verdere automatisering en digitalisering van onze processen. Jouw profiel Opleiding: Je hebt het Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) behaald. Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de accountancy of salarisverwerking. Je bent digitaal vaardig en vindt het leuk om te werken met slimme softwareoplossingen; Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee met de klant en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid; Je vindt het prettig om samen te werken in een informeel team met korte lijnen.
