Als Trainee bij FITZ HR & Payroll zorg jij ervoor dat salarissen altijd op tijd en correct worden uitbetaald. Je volgt de Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) en daarnaast ga je fulltime aan de slag bij een toffe opdrachtgever bij jou in de buurt. Het werk bij de opdrachtgever is op hbo werk- en denkniveau. De PDL-opleiding bestaat uit online modules en fysieke opleidingsdagen. Daarna start het Boost Your Capabilities programma waarin je aan je soft-skills werkt én krijg je persoonlijke begeleiding om het maximale uit jezelf te halen. Tijdens het traject leer je de ins en outs van HR- en salarisadministratie. Daarna kun je doorgroeien binnen FITZ als HR-Payroll Consultant of in dienst treden bij je opdrachtgever.
