Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte salarisadministratie en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je leert de organisaties goed kennen en bouwt een duurzame relatie met hen op. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het verwerken en controleren van salarisadministraties. - Het verwerken van mutaties en verzorgen van periode- en jaarafsluitingen. - Het beantwoorden van vragen over salarisadministratie, cao's en wet- en regelgeving. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen. - Contact onderhouden met jouw vaste klanten. - Stap voor stap groeien richting een meer adviserende rol.
