Jouw rol Als Salarisadministrateur met ADP kennis en ervaring ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties en personeelsgegevens bij verschillende klanten. Je beantwoordt complexe vragen over loon, cao's, pensioen en wet- en regelgeving en signaleert verbeterpunten binnen de salarisprocessen. Je vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete adviezen en draagt bij aan projecten zoals audits, implementaties en optimalisaties. Daarnaast deel je jouw kennis met collega's en neem je actief deel aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Jouw profiel - Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie met een sterke focus op ADP - Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) of een gelijkwaardig diploma - Ervaring met complexe salarisvraagstukken en het ondersteunen van klanten - Accuraat, klantgericht en stressbestendig in een dynamische werkomgeving - Bereidheid om hoofdzakelijk op locatie in de regio Hilversum te werken - Zelfstandig, proactief en met oog voor procesverbeteringen In deze baan vind je: Specialisme & Diepgang & Invloed & Structuur Wat we bieden - Een vast contract met een marktconform salaris passend bij jouw ervaring - Leaseauto met...
