Als Salarisadministrateur in Capelle aan den IJssel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van de salarisadministratie voor cliënten. Je zorgt ervoor dat lonen tijdig en correct worden uitbetaald en houdt de wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving scherp in de gaten. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne collega’s als externe klanten voor vragen over loonstroken, verlof, en overige arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het adviseren over salarisvraagstukken en het optimaliseren van interne processen. Er is ruimte om door te groeien naar salarisadviseur of teamleider salarisadministratie.

- Afgeronde PDL, VPS of een vergelijkbare opleiding

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie, bij voorkeur binnen een accountants- of administratiekantoor.

- Actuele kennis van loonbelasting en sociale verzekeringen.

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgericht ingesteld.

- Woonachtig in of bereid te reizen naar Capelle aan den IJssel.
