Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van salarisbetalingen, het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en het naleven van de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van medewerkers over salaris en verlof en werkt samen met andere afdelingen om een efficiënte en correcte salarisadministratie te waarborgen. Jouw precisie en organisatorische vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor een efficiënte verwerking van salarisadministraties ten behoeve van cliënten.
