In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je HR-werkzaamheden met salarisadministratie en ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een informele werkomgeving waar samenwerken, vertrouwen en kwaliteit centraal staan. Graag komen wij in gesprek met geïnteresseerden voor de functie van HR- en Salarisadministrateur (32-40 uur) Functie Ben jij nauwkeurig, servicegericht en houd je ervan om alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld te hebben? Dan is dit jouw kans! In deze afwisselende functie zorg jij ervoor dat zowel de HR-processen als de salarisadministratie soepel verlopen. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief tot in de puntjes klopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij de werving en selectie van nieuwe collega's; - Beheren en actueel houden van de personeelsadministratie; - Verzorgen van de volledige administratie rondom in-, door- en uitdiensttreding; - Beantwoorden van HR- en salarisgerelateerde vragen van medewerkers; - Ondersteunen bij beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprekken; - Verwerken van gewerkte uren, verlof- en verzuimregistraties; - Verwerken van mutaties voor de salarisadministratie (ca. 70 personen), zoals contract- en salariswijzigingen; - Voorbereiden en verwerken van een correcte en tijdige salarisadministratie.
