Bij Accent Accountancy combineer je loonadministratie met HRM-vraagstukken voor MKB-klanten en andere adviseurs en accountantskantoren. Je komt terecht bij een informeel accountantskantoor in Katwijk, waar klanten gemakkelijk binnenlopen, collega's nauw samenwerken en ruimte is voor eigen initiatief. Your role - Je verzorgt zelfstandig de loonadministratie voor klanten binnen het MKB. - Je staat direct in contact met klanten en denkt mee over vragen rond loonadministratie en HRM. - Je werkt met Nmbrs; kennis daarvan is mooi meegenomen. - Je werkt ook voor andere adviseurs en accountantskantoren, waardoor je met verschillende werkwijzen en klantvragen te maken krijgt. - Je stemt af met collega's en andere disciplines binnen kantoor, zodat klanten zorgvuldig geholpen worden. Your profile - Je hebt ervaring als loonadministrateur, salarisadministrateur of in een vergelijkbare payrollfunctie. - Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en accuraat. - Je communiceert makkelijk met klanten, collega's en andere disciplines binnen kantoor. - Je hebt mbo niveau 4, aangevuld met een afgeronde PDL-opleiding. - Je vindt het prettig om klantcontact te combineren met inhoudelijke salarisadministratie. - Kennis van Nmbrs is mooi meegenomen.
