Dan pas je waarschijnlijk goed bij ons. Bij MBV Nijkerk werk je in een klein en deskundig team waar je veel zelfstandigheid krijgt, maar nooit alleen staat. Je hebt direct contact met klanten en denkt actief mee over salaris- en personeelsvraagstukken. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend, inhoudelijk en praktisch tegelijk. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Je start je dag flexibel, meestal rond 9.00 uur. Op maandag kom je op kantoor, pakt een kop koffie met collega's en opent daarna je mail. In de mail komen alle klantvragen en mutaties binnen. Jij bepaalt zelf de prioriteit van je dag en richt je werk daarop in. Gedurende de dag heb je contact, zowel per mail als telefonisch, met klanten en collega's over allerlei vraagstukken. Denk aan een spoedvraag voor een werkgeversverklaring, een verlofsituatie of een complexe salaris- of cao-vraag. Je denkt mee, zoekt het uit en schakelt waar nodig met collega's. En tussendoor? Even een wandeling met collega's door Nijkerk, samen lunchen op kantoor of, als je geluk hebt, een stuk appeltaart van een collega die graag bakt. De sfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en je hebt veel ruimte om je werk binnen MBV op je eigen manier te organiseren.
