Als salarisadviseur ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor een vaste groep klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat hun salarisadministratie soepel verloopt en denkt actief met hen mee. Je signaleert kansen, voorkomt risico's en geeft advies waar ze écht iets aan hebben. Je werkt samen met collega's die net als jij houden van korte lijnen, heldere communicatie en een goede sfeer. Wat maakt deze baan bijzonder? - Je werkt lokaal: je helpt ondernemers uit de regio vooruit. - Je krijgt vertrouwen en vrijheid: een goede werk-privé balans. - Je hoort erbij: een warm team, gezamenlijke lunches, gezellige borrels en échte aandacht voor elkaar. Wat vragen wij? - Een Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) en daarnaast de ambitie om eventueel de Vakopleiding Payroll Services te gaan volgen (VPS). - 2-5 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie. - Kennis van wet- en regelgeving over arbeidsvoorwaarden en diverse cao's (ervaring met Loket.nl is mooi meegenomen). - Je bent nauwkeurig, betrokken en denkt graag mee met klanten én collega's.
