Jij zorgt ervoor dat salarissen correct en op tijd verwerkt worden, beantwoordt vragen over cao's en loonverwerking en helpt ondernemers op een proactieve wijze vooruit! Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen HR & Salaris en andere disciplines binnen Vermetten. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben: bij ons krijg je de vrijheid om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het vak. Wat ga je doen als salarisprofessional? Geen dag is hetzelfde! De ene dag verwerk je salarisadministraties, de andere dag spar je met klanten over wet- en regelgeving of denk je mee over verbeteringen in processen. Concreet ga jij je o.a. bezighouden met: - Het verwerken en controleren van salarisadministraties - Het verzorgen van loonheffingen en pensioenaangiften - Het adviseren van klanten over cao's, WKR en salarisvraagstukken - Het signaleren van kansen en verbeteringen binnen processen - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en instanties Naast je werkzaamheden bij Vermetten bieden wij je graag de gelegenheid om jouw kennis snel te vergroten middels het Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL), welke je al in 6 maanden kunt afronden.
