Als Salarisprofessional bij Loket zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat ondernemers zich kunnen richten op hun bedrijf. Jij bent de expert. Het vaste aanspreekpunt. Degene die overzicht brengt in complexe cao's, mutaties en regelgeving. En die klanten helpt slimmer te werken met onze software. Klaar om impact te maken in een omgeving waar technologie en vakkennis samenkomen? Wat ga je doen? Je beheert de volledige salaris- en personeelsadministratie voor je eigen klanten. Zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en met overzicht. Daarnaast: - Adviseer je klanten over slimmere inrichting van hun salarisproces; - Signaleer je kansen om HR-oplossingen in te zetten; - Beantwoord je vragen over het gebruik van Loket (telefonisch en schriftelijk); - Begeleid je nieuwe klanten bij het opbouwen en inrichten van hun administratie. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met klantgerichtheid. Je denkt mee, kijkt vooruit en helpt klanten efficiënter werken. De collega die wij zoeken Jij bent nauwkeurig, klantgericht en inhoudelijk sterk. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen administratie, advies en ondersteuning. Daarnaast: - Heb je hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Heb je een opleiding in HRM of financiële administratie (minimaal PDL); - Is VPS een pré; - Heb je ervaring met salarisverwerking binnen meerdere cao's; - Heb je inzicht in HR-processen en salarissystemen; - Heb je affiniteit met de ontwikkeling rondom AI. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op wanneer dat nodig is.
