Jouw rol Als Salarisprofessional bij Newtone draag je bij aan foutloze salarisadministraties van onze klanten en zoek je continu naar manieren om te innoveren en te verbeteren. Bij ons benader je de klant als jouw zakelijke vriend. Je luistert naar zijn wensen, denkt mee over de mogelijkheden en zorgt met jouw service voor tevreden gezichten. En dat allemaal met de vrijheid en tools om het beste uit jezelf te halen! Wat ga je doen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de salarisadministratie van jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Daarnaast ontwikkel je je als een een echte adviseur voor onze klanten - Je verwerkt mutaties volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving - Je geeft advies aan klanten en interne medewerkers bij vragen over loonadministratie en sociale wetgeving - Je controleert salarisgegevens en staat altijd klaar om onze klanten van de beste service te voorzien Dit heb je - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau - Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde opleiding PDL (Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie) óf je bent bereid deze op onze kosten te volgen - Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in het vakgebied en bent bekend met online dienstverlening - Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van de programma's AFAS/Loket.nl/Nmbrs - Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar Wat wij jou bieden Omdat jouw welzijn voorop staat hechten wij veel waarde aan een gezonde werk-privébalans.
