Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de salarisadministratie van onze klanten uit verschillende sectoren. Denk aan (familie)bedrijven, mkb-ondernemingen, agrarische ondernemingen en non-profitorganisaties. Voor deze ondernemers maak je salarisverwerking simpel én waardevol. Je helpt met ziekmeldingen, pensioenfondsen en loonbelasting. Daarnaast geef je strategisch advies en bied je slimme oplossingen die klanten écht verder brengen. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Salarisverwerking, personeelsadministratie en advies. - Mutaties verzorgen, aan- en afmeldingen bij pensioenfondsen regelen, nota's controleren. - Klanten adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden en wet- en regelgeving. - Het opstellen van rapportages. - Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen in de sector en veranderende wet- en regelgeving. - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en externe partijen, zoals de Belastingdienst, pensioenfondsen, verzekeraars en brancheverenigingen.
