Jobomschrijving

Krijg jij energie van sales, klantenrelaties en commerciële opportuniteiten? Combineer je commerciële drive met sterke communicatieve en organisatorische skills?

Als Sales & Account Manager bij Jobinson ben je de schakel tussen klanten, prospecten en consultants. Je bouwt business uit, maakt de juiste matches en volgt klanten en consultants op van A tot Z.

Jouw takenpakket:

Sales

  • Uitbouwen van bestaande klanten en prospecteren naar nieuwe business.
  • Behoeften analyseren en commerciële oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Offertes, tenders en contracten opmaken en onderhandelen.
  • Klanten en prospecten bezoeken en relaties verder uitbouwen.
  • Consultants (her)plaatsen en samenwerken met het Start People-netwerk.
  • Het commerciële netwerk en de zichtbaarheid van Jobinson versterken.

People

  • Coach en eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor projectconsultants.
  • Klant en consultant succesvol matchen en de plaatsing opvolgen.
  • Planning en projectevaluaties beheren.
  • Proactief oplossingen zoeken bij uitdagingen.
  • Een sterke relatie opbouwen met Jobinsonners en aandacht hebben voor hun welzijn.
  • Minstens bachelor werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Minimum enkele jaren commerciële werkervaring bij een HR-dienstverlener;
  • Nederlandstalig met een zeer goede kennis Frans en Engels;
  • Technische skills: MS Office (Word, Excel en PowerPoint);
  • In bezit van een rijbewijs B;
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig;
  • Het vermogen om een complex dossier en/of contract zelfstandig te analyseren en op te volgen;
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en in staat om tegelijkertijd verschillende balletjes in de lucht te houden;
  • Oplossingsgericht, jij denkt in termen van oplossingen i.p.v. problemen;
  • Kennis van of ervaring in de business van projectsourcing is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste;
  • Teamplayer: open en directe communicatie in een klein team, maar ook op grotere schaal in de groep (Start People/RGF Staffing) kunnen samenwerken.
  • Bereidheid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen in functie van je dagtaken/afspraken (het betreft een nationale functie, focus regio Antwerpen – Kempen – Limburg – Vlaams-Brabant, hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen Centrum waar één dag per week met het hele team wordt samengewerkt).
