Bij Dutch Crowd Security zoeken we een Sales & Accountmanager die onze commerciële ambitie versterkt en actief bijdraagt aan de groei van onze klanten én de organisatie zelf. Als Sales & Accountmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze organisatie en (potentiële) opdrachtgevers. Jij ziet kansen nog voordat anderen dat doen, bouwt duurzame relaties en vergroot onze positie in de beveiligingsbranche. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor new business, relatiebeheer, cross-selling en werkt nauw samen met HR, Operations en Marketing om maatwerkoplossingen te bieden aan klanten. Dit is wat je doet: Bij Dutch Crowd Security staan mensen centraal: onze beveiligers, inhuurpartners en collega's op kantoor. Jij bent het gezicht van onze organisatie bij (potentiële) klanten en prospects en combineert adviseren, uitvoeren met keihard commercieel resultaat behalen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - New Business: actief werven van nieuwe klanten in het hogere segment van de beveiligingsbranche en zelfstandig kansen vertalen naar concrete opdrachten. - Relatiebeheer: bestaande klanten verder uitbouwen, cross-selling mogelijkheden benutten en langdurige partnerships realiseren. - Offertes & maatwerkoplossingen: opstellen van aantrekkelijke, op maat gemaakte offertes in samenwerking met HR, Operations en Marketing. - Netwerken & marktkennis: deelnemen aan netwerkbijeenkomsten, beurzen, klantenevents en uitvoeren van markt- en concurrentieanalyses. - CRM & administratie: leads, contactmomenten en offertes bijhouden in het CRM-systeem voor strak overzicht en tijdige opvolging. - Advisering: klanten adviseren over de beste beveiligings...
