Ter versterking van het commerciële team zijn zij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en communicatief sterke professional die graag impact maakt achter én voor de schermen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert verkoopcijfers, omzetgegevens en commerciële prestaties en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten voor hetsales team.
  • Je bereidt klantgesprekken en business reviews voor aan de hand van duidelijke rapporteringen en Excel-analyses.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen van key accounts en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met sales, marketing en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert product- en klantgegevens binnen verschillende systemen, waaronder ERP- en PIM-platformen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en correctheid van commerciële en logistieke data.
  • Je detecteert trends, opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten en deelt deze proactief met het commerciële team.
  • Je ondersteunt strategische projecten en initiatieven die bijdragen aan verdere groei.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële support-,sales support- of analytische functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en haalt energie uit het analyseren van cijfers en data.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Business Central is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een extra pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel interne en externe contacten.
  • Je bent proactief, servicegericht en denkt steeds mee vanuit de behoeften van de klant.
