The posting

Als Sales Administrator bij onze klant ben jij de draaischijf van de binnendienst binnen de Benelux verkooporganisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, het verwerken van orders en het ondersteunen van het salesteam bij hun dagelijkse taken. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief vlot verloopt.

Op een doorsnee dag begin je met het verwerken van nieuwe klantaanvragen en het uitwerken van offertes samen met de buitendienst. Je volgt offertes en bestellingen op in het CRM-systeem, beantwoordt telefonisch klantvragen en verwerkt rapporten. Je houdt de klantendatabase up-to-date en vertaalt technische documenten met vertaaltools. Daarnaast ga je actief op zoek naar beschikbare machines en volg je leveringen nauwgezet op.

  • Je beschikt minstens over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, graduaat of (professionele/academische) bachelor
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en Dynamics 365
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je kan zelfstandig én in team werken
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, klantgericht en denkt graag mee
  • Technische affiniteit is een troef
