The posting

Onze klant, een grote automotive speler, is op zoek naar een SALES ADVISOR in Mechelen of Aartselaar. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt bij het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten tijdens de aankoop van hun wagen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het hele verkoopproces soepel verloopt, vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de levering van de auto en daarna.

Wat ga je doen als SALES ADVISOR?

  • Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij de aankoop van de wagen; van onthaal tot opmaak van het verkoopcontract
  • Beheer van lopende offertes en verkoopprocessen
  • Opvolgen van leads om de klant op basis van behoefte en budget de juiste mobiliteitsoplossing te bieden
  • Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en vertegenwoordigen van Vermant op verschillende events zoals netwerkevenementen, opendeurdagen, product lanceringen, etc
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties door professionele klantenbegeleiding voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten
  • Administratieve opvolging van de dossiers bij bestelling en levering van de wagens
  • Commercieel – Je kan terugkijken op een eerste commerciële ervaring (minimum 3 jaar)
  • Klantgericht – Je bent een luisterend oor voor onze klanten, waardoor je hun behoeften begrijpt en gemakkelijk omzet naar praktische oplossingen
  • Communicatief – Je drukt je vlot uit in Nederlands zodat je steeds het juiste advies en passende oplossingen kunt geven aan onze klant
  • Nauwgezet – Je staat garant voor een nauwgezette opvolging van de klantendossiers
  • Hands-on – Je ziet werk en bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken
