Functie

Voor een automotive bedrijf in Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een sales advisor:

  • Je dag begint in de showroom. Staan de wagens er netjes en aantrekkelijk bij? Zijn ze proper en goed gepresenteerd? Kloppen de informatiekaarten nog naast de wagens? Is het promotiemateriaal aanwezig, brochures, ... Check!
  • Jouw eerste klant komt binnen... Je zorgt voor een warm welkom en luistert naar de specifieke wensen. Hierbij is het belangrijk om een grondige behoefteanalyse te maken. Met jouw commerciële feeling en mensenkennis detecteer je wat jouw klant nodig heeft.
  • Na een rondleiding in de showroom en een uitgebreide demonstratie van de wagen, begeleid je de klant naar jouw bureau waar het echte werk kan beginnen. Terwijl jouw klant geniet van een heerlijke tas koffie, maak je een customized offerte op.
  • Hierbij hou je rekening met lopende condities, acties, ... Financieringsplannen uitwerken, leasingsformules, extra diensten aanbieden zoals verzekerings- en onderhoudscontracten, ... behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket. Jouw klant wenst graag een testrit te maken? Hiervoor kan gezorgd worden!
  • Jouw klant wenst eventueel ook zijn huidige wagen te laten overnemen? Jij informeert naar een goede prijs. Door jouw fantastische service, correcte opvolging en commerciële flair slaag je erin om de verkoop af te sluiten.
  • Naast de verkoop van wagens blijf je jezelf ook verdiepen in de veranderende sector. Onze invoerder voorziet tal van opleidingen om jezelf te blijven verder ontwikkelen en 100% mee te zijn met het aanbod, maar ook intern wordt opleiding voorzien. Je zit ook vaak samen met jouw collega's en verantwoordelijke waarin verkoopdoelstellingen en eventuele nieuwe acties worden besproken.

Profiel

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, een must om jouw verkoop te doen slagen!
  • Jouw collega is drukbezet en vraagt jouw hulp? Zeker! Je bent flexibel en een échte teamplayer.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur commerciële ervaring of kan aantonen dat jij commercieel bent ingesteld.
  • Bachelordiploma op zak of relevante werkervaring? Dan sta je al een streepje voor!
  • Je job is zowel commercieel, maar zeker ook administratief. In het ideale scenario heb je dus al ervaring met administratie. Je zal namelijk offertes opmaken, financieringen uitwerken, leasingsformules aanbieden, ...
  • Je hebt een gezonde interesse in de automotive sector en bent bereidt om je te blijven verder verdiepen in deze wereld.

In elke vestiging zal je met open armen worden ontvangen & met een glimlach. Er is steeds ruimte voor creativiteit en jouw inzet en flexibiliteit zal hier zeker gewaardeerd worden.
  • Een aantrekkelijk loon op basis van ervaring, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, groepsverzekering , mogelijkheid tot fietslease, … Je werkt alsook in een 39h rooster met aanvullend 6 Adv-dagen.

  • Een werkplek dicht bij huis. Momenteel beschikken we over een 11-tal vestigingen van Oostende tot Asse. Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek voor onze vestiging in Gent. #9000
