Voor een groeiend bedrijf binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een Toonbankverkoper Auto-onderdelen.

In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor garagisten, herstellers en andere klanten die op zoek zijn naar het juiste auto-onderdeel. Je combineert technische kennis, verkoop en klantencontact, zonder zelf sleutelwerk uit te voeren.

Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel, correct en professioneel geholpen worden en denkt actief mee naar de beste oplossing.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten professioneel ontvangen en verder helpen aan de balie.
  • Technisch advies geven over auto-onderdelen.
  • De juiste onderdelen opzoeken via interne systemen.
  • Verkooporders en offertes opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Klanten adviseren en informeren over beschikbare oplossingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met magazijn, demontage en sales.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en vlotte klantenservice.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Affiniteit heeft met auto's en auto-onderdelen.
  • Ervaring als mecanicien, Parts Advisor of automotive medewerker is een sterke troef.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is.
  • Vlot overweg kan met computers en administratieve systemen.
  • Graag veel klantencontact heeft.
  • Houdt van afwisseling en makkelijk kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht is.
  • Een echte teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit is.
