AVANT Machinery is marktleider in compacte grondverzetmachines in de Benelux. We verkopen premium Finse merken (AVANT & LEGUAN) aan professionele klanten die kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid verwachten.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Sales Advisor met maturiteit, commerciële slagkracht en technische interesse.

  • Je genereert nieuwe business in de regio Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt bestaande klantenrelaties en biedt hen een optimale dienstverlening
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en laat jouw accounts verder groeien
  • Je vertrekt vanuit een grondige behoefteanalyse en zoekt samen met de klant naar de juiste technische oplossing
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken en begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige verkoopproces
  • Je neemt actief deel aan events en vakbeurzen
  • Je beheert het salesproces administratief (CRM, ERP, offertes, onderhandelingen, rapportages, …)
  • Je rapporteert aan de salesmanager
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in handelswetenschappen of een technische richting
  • Je bent een échte hunter en haalt energie uit het leggen van nieuwe contacten en het sluiten van deals
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Service en klanttevredenheid staan voor jou centraal
  • Klanten en collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen; je streeft ernaar om elke opdracht tot een succes te maken
  • Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor ondernemerschap en bent resultaatgericht
  • Je volgt projecten nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een grondig administratief beheer
  • Ervaring in de bouw en/of landbouw is een extra troef
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen
