Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Advisor bij ZEB ben jij het gezicht van de winkel en speel je een cruciale rol in de winkelbeleving van de klanten. Dankzij jouw expertise in mode en jouw natuurlijke salestalent help je klanten bij het vinden van de perfecte outfits en zorg je ervoor dat ze zich altijd welkom voelen. Jij bent de sleutel tot een geweldige klantenervaring!

  • Warm welkom voor de klant: Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich meteen welkom voelt in de winkel van ZEB. Je heet ze vriendelijk welkom en maakt ze enthousiast over de mode die je te bieden hebt.
  • Modeadvies op maat: Je helpt klanten met het vinden van de outfit die perfect bij hen past. Je deelt je passie voor mode en geeft altijd gepersonaliseerd advies.
  • Winkel en etalages presenteren: Jij zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd verzorgd uitziet. De etalages en het interieur reflecteren de stijl van ZEB, en jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op de juiste manier gepresenteerd wordt.
  • Snel en efficiënt kassawerk: Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling aan de kassa, zodat klanten met een glimlach de winkel verlaten.
