Als Sales Advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel om ervoor te zorgen dat KOMPAN de voorkeurskeuze blijft voor premium buitenspeelplaatsen en outdoor fitness bij lokale ontwerpconsultants en klanten.

Stimuleer verkoopgroei in verschillende segmenten in België

In de rol van Sales Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoopactiviteiten in het westen van België, in nauwe samenwerking met het KOMPAN‑salesteam en de backoffice.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van salesactieplannen voor jouw regio.
  • Het kwalificeren van leads, het vinden en ontwikkelen van nieuwe groeikansen.
  • Het plannen van klantbezoeken en presentaties om de behoeften van klanten te begrijpen en een sterke klantbeleving te creëren.
  • Het beheren van je pipeline en dagelijkse activiteiten via Dynamics 365 CRM.

Dit is een veldgerichte functie waarbij je van thuis uit werkt, je eigen planning maakt en het grootste deel van je dagen onderweg bent om klanten en potentiële klanten te ontmoeten. Je krijgt de autonomie om je week zelf te structureren, ondersteund door een samenwerkend en performant salesteam.

Een salesprofessional met een commerciële mindset

Je bent een relatiegedreven verkoper die floreert in een rol met autonomie en variatie. Je geniet ervan om in het veld te staan, klanten persoonlijk te ontmoeten en je eigen dag vorm te geven om resultaten te behalen.

Je hebt kennis van complexe salesprocessen binnen premium projectverkoop.

Daarnaast verwachten we dat je:

  • 3+ jaar ervaring hebt in specification selling.
  • B2B technische saleservaring hebt, bij voorkeur in de bouw-, architectuur- of engineeringsector.
  • Goed verbonden bent met lokale overheidsinstanties.
  • Een sterke relatiebouwer en influencer bent.
  • Nederlandstalig bent met een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
