Als Internal Sales Advisor ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de toonbank. Je helpt hen bij het beantwoorden van vragen, geeft professioneel technisch advies en stelt passende producten en oplossingen voor. Je denkt proactief mee door alternatieven en bijpassende producten aan te bevelen wanneer nodig.

Jouw taken als Internal Sales Advisor:

  • Klantenservice: orders verwerken, afrekenen en zorgen voor een correcte administratie en betaling en klanten informeren over lopende acties en hen begeleiden bij het ophalen van bestellingen.
  • Technisch advies: vragen beantwoorden over prijzen, beschikbaarheid en leveringstermijnen en praktische oplossingen bieden.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning: binnenkomende goederen ontvangen en verwerken vanuit het logistiek centrum, deze op de juiste locatie plaatsen en bestellingen voorbereiden.
  • Orderbeheer: klantafhalingen controleren, openstaande orders en leveringen opvolgen en klanten proactief op de hoogte houden van eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Voorraadbeheer: voorraadtekorten signaleren en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Kennisontwikkeling: altijd blijven bijleren over het productengamma en technische oplossingen zoeken via trainingen.
  • Winkelpresentatie: zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke en georganiseerde toonbank en filiaalomgeving en ondersteunen bij commerciële acties.

De gezochte Internal Sales Advisor:

  • Technische kennis: Basiskennis elektriciteit is een must. Ervaring in de sector is een meerwaarde.
  • Talenkennis: een uitstekende kennis Nederlands & Frans.
  • Commerciële aanleg: Je weet klanten te overtuigen en denkt actief mee in oplossingen.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je bent sociaal en legt makkelijk contact met klanten en collega’s.
  • Klant- en servicegerichtheid: Je zet de klant altijd op de eerste plaats en straalt professionaliteit uit.
