De functie inhoud Als Sales Advisor in Noord-Frankrijk ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met een industrieel bouwproject.

  • Adviseren van klanten over hun industrieel bouwproject en technisch analyseren van hun behoeften.
  • Voorstellen van de juiste bouwoplossing op basis van plannen en technische vereisten.
  • Prospecteren in de regio, nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren en bestaande relaties versterken.
  • Prijzen ramen van industriële bouwprojecten op basis van plannen en technische informatie.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen om projectvoorstellen en bouwconcepten uit te werken.

Dankzij jarenlange expertise en een sterk uitgebouwde interne organisatie begeleidt het bedrijf klanten doorheen het volledige bouwtraject. Van ontwerp en engineering tot productie en uiteindelijke oplevering: het volledige proces wordt zoveel mogelijk in eigen beheer uitgevoerd. Die verticale integratie zorgt voor korte communicatielijnen, een efficiënte uitvoering en een sterke controle over kwaliteit en planning.

De bedrijfscultuur is direct, ondernemend en resultaatgericht. Initiatief wordt aangemoedigd en medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Als Sales Advisor speel je bovendien een belangrijke rol in de verdere uitbouw van de activiteiten in Noord-Frankrijk. Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke Sales Advisor die commerciële feeling combineert met kennis van de bouwsector.

  • Minimaal een bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardige expertise opgebouwd binnen de industriebouw.
  • Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van bouwplannen, bouwvoorschriften en aanbestedingsprocedures.
  • Een sterke technische basis om klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren en bouwmogelijkheden correct in te schatten.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Frans en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en enthousiasme om nieuwe klanten en projecten te overtuigen.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding, gecombineerd met de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin.
