In deze job krijg je de kans om klanten vanaf het eerste gesprek te begeleiden, hun woonwensen in kaart te brengen en samen met interieurarchitecten de basis te leggen voor een geslaagd project.

Als sales advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die dromen van een nieuwe keuken of een vernieuwd interieur.

Je bouwt vertrouwen op, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een duidelijk beeld en een goed gevoel de volgende stap kunnen zetten.

  • Klanten ontvangen en adviseren: je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal in de showroom en neemt de tijd om klanten en hun verwachtingen te leren kennen.
  • Woonwensen ontdekken: je verdiept je in de levensstijl, smaak en praktische behoeften van klanten en vertaalt die naar een duidelijk vertrekpunt voor hun keukenproject.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij keuzes: je helpt hen om weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen over hun woonproject, zonder opdringerige verkooptechnieken.
  • Samenwerken met interieurarchitecten: je deelt de verzamelde informatie en zorgt ervoor dat het ontwerpteam met een helder beeld van de klant en diens wensen aan de slag kan.
  • De klantenrelatie opvolgen: je blijft een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt en bewaakt de verwachtingen tijdens het verdere verloop van het project.
  • De samenwerking coördineren: je stemt af met interieurarchitecten, projectleiders en andere collega's om een vlot traject te garanderen.
  • De showroom mee vormgeven: je draagt bij aan een stijlvolle uitstraling en een gastvrije ontvangst.
  • De klantbeleving verbeteren: je denkt actief mee over hoe de dienstverlening, interne samenwerking en persoonlijke begeleiding nog beter kunnen.

We zoeken iemand die commerciële feeling combineert met empathie, organisatietalent en interesse in hoogwaardige interieurs.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële, adviserende of klantgerichte functie. Ervaring in een premium-, design- of interieuromgeving is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met keukens, interieur, architectuur, design of een hoogwaardige lifestyle.
  • Je werkt graag samen met interieurarchitecten en andere specialisten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
