De showroom opent en de eerste klanten komen binnen. Sommigen hebben al een Pinterest-bord, afmetingen en een duidelijke stijl in gedachten. Anderen weten alleen dat hun huidige keuken niet meer werkt en zoeken iemand die hen helpt om de juiste keuzes te maken.

Daar begint jouw rol. Tijdens het eerste gesprek stel je gerichte vragen en ontdek je hoe de klant leeft, kookt en de ruimte gebruikt. Hoeveel opbergruimte is nodig? Wordt er dagelijks uitgebreid gekookt? Moet de keuken ook een gezellige ontmoetingsplek worden? En welk budget hebben de klanten voor ogen?

Met die informatie ga je creatief aan de slag. In de ontwerpsoftware bouw je de keuken op in 2D en 3D. Je denkt mee over de indeling, materialen, kleuren, toestellen en praktische details. Een ontwerp moet er niet alleen mooi uitzien, maar ook technisch kloppen en comfortabel werken.

Nadien presenteer je jouw voorstel. Je neemt klanten mee in het ontwerp, beantwoordt vragen en zoekt samen naar oplossingen. Soms is de klant meteen overtuigd, soms moet je alternatieven uitwerken of commerciële bezwaren opvangen. Jij bewaart het vertrouwen, durft het verkoopgesprek aan te gaan en helpt klanten om knopen door te hakken.

Is de keuze gemaakt? Dan zorg je ervoor dat de offerte, bestelling en administratieve gegevens correct worden verwerkt. Je blijft het aanspreekpunt van de klant, volgt openstaande vragen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je dossier.

Tussendoor stem je af met collega’s, volg je offertes en commerciële kansen op en draag je mee zorg voor een aantrekkelijke showroom. Aan het einde van de dag heb je niet alleen verkocht, maar klanten geholpen om een belangrijk project voor hun woning concreet te maken.

Wat maakt jou een sterke Sales Advisor?

· Commerciële feeling en klantgerichtheid: je legt vlot contact, voelt je comfortabel in verkoopgesprekken en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

· Interesse in interieur en ontwerp: je beschikt over voldoende ruimtelijk en technisch inzicht om klantwensen naar een haalbaar keukenontwerp te vertalen.

· Nauwkeurigheid en digitale vaardigheden: je bewaart het overzicht over offertes, bestellingen en klantendossiers en werkt vlot met de computer.

· Flexibiliteit: je bent bereid om structureel op zaterdag te werken.
