The posting

Als sales advisor ben jij de spilfiguur in de winkel in Oostakker. Je organiseert het dagelijks werk, stelt planningen op en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en je team. Je zorgt dat de winkel er altijd tiptop uitziet en je volgt de commerciële en financiële doelstellingen op de voet op.

Je start de dag met een teamoverleg en verdeelt de taken. Je helpt klanten bij hun vragen over producten zoals Telenet, BASE, Eneco, Apple, HP en meer. Je begeleidt nieuwe collega’s, houdt de voorraad bij, volgt de kassa op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt tot aan het afsluiten van de winkel. Ook administratie en het analyseren van verkoopcijfers zijn deel van je takenpakket.

  • Je hebt minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol

  • Je bent een geboren leider en kan een team motiveren
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief
  • Je blijft kalm onder stress en lost problemen snel op

  • Je hebt affiniteit met technologie en retail
