Jouw uitdaging

Voor een telecomspecialist in Schoten zoeken we een klantgerichte verkoopmedewerker die klanten begeleidt bij het kiezen van de juiste producten en diensten.

Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers zich meteen welkom voelen en neemt de tijd om hun vragen en verwachtingen te begrijpen. Op basis daarvan stel je de meest passende oplossingen voor uit het aanbod van telecomproducten, abonnementen en lopende acties.

Naast het geven van professioneel advies bouw je mee aan een sterke winkelervaring waarbij klanttevredenheid altijd centraal staat. Tijdens rustigere momenten wacht je niet af, maar ga je proactief in gesprek met voorbijgangers en potentiële klanten.

Voor jou is een werkdag geslaagd wanneer klanten tevreden vertrekken én wanneer je jouw commerciële doelstellingen hebt gerealiseerd.

  • Je staat open voor coaching, feedback en verdere ontwikkeling.
