Ben jij een tech-lover die er alles aan doet om klanten met een Big Smile de winkel te laten verlaten? Dan is dit dé uitdaging voor jou!

Als Verkoopadviseur ben jij het stralende middelpunt van onze shop. Je verwelkomt klanten met open armen en deelt je enthousiasme en expertise over onze topmerken Denk aan de allernieuwste gadgets, multimedia, IT-producten, en zelfs futuristische robots. Jouw missie? Klanten inspireren en ervoor zorgen dat ze de beste keuze maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij adviseert klanten bij de aankoop van hun nieuwe computer, tablet of smartphone en deelt de beste tips om alles uit hun nieuwe gadget te halen.
  • Samen met de klant ontdek je de perfecte oplossing uit ons brede aanbod van diensten, zoals Telenet, BASE en Eneco.
  • Jij houdt alle technologische trends en innovaties in de gaten om klanten te blijven verrassen en inspireren.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze winkel, service en klantbeleving naar het volgende level kunnen tillen.

De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

  • technische of commerciële opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Technologie is jouw passie en je bent altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends
  • verkoopservaring is een pluspunt maar geen must. Verkoopsgoesting is helemaal jouw ding
  • geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit
  • georganiseerd en nauwkeurig
  • geduldig, vriendelijk, serviceminded, computervaardig
  • je werkt graag in team maar ook zelfstandig
  • je werkt vlot met Office
  • je bent bereid je voortdurend bij te scholen
  • je vindt zaterdagwerk geen probleem
  • van elke verkoop gaat je hart wat sneller slaan, je hebt zin om klanten een onvergetelijke winkelervaring te geven
  • je stelt de klant centraal waardoor de klant zich bij jou op zijn/haar gemak voelt
  • je hebt een passie voor computers en/of telecom en/of energie en bent nieuwsgierig naar robotica
  • de laatste keynotes van Apple, Samsung of andere merken volg je met plezier op de voet op
  • je communiceert op een correcte en beleefde manier naar je collega's en de klanten
  • een diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw drive en motivatie zijn voor ons het belangrijkst
  • ervaring is een plus, maar we leren je met plezier alle kneepjes van het vak
  • je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis Engels is een pluspunt
