Deine Rolle

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen Showroom - mit einem klaren Ziel:

** Umsatz steigern, Leads generieren und den Standort aktiv entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Vertrieb & Abschluss

-Beratung und Verkauf von Premium-Whirlpools & SwimSpas

-Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen im Showroom

-Angebotserstellung und konsequentes Follow-up

-Abschlussverantwortung

Eigenständige Leadgenerierung

-Aufbau lokaler Kooperationen (z. B. Gartenbauer, Bauträger, Immobilien)

-Organisation von Events & Aktionen im Showroom

-Aktive Gewinnung neuer Kundenkontakte

Social Media & Content

-Erstellung von Content (Videos, Reels, Posts)

-Präsentation unserer Produkte und Projekte

-Aufbau deiner persönlichen Marke als Verkäufer_in

Einsatz von KI & Tools

-Nutzung von KI für Content, Kommunikation und Effizienz

-Eigenständige Umsetzung moderner Marketingmethoden

Showroom-Management

-Verantwortung für Präsentation und Organisation vor Ort

-Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenerlebnisses
