Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Unternehmen, suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort 1210 Wien einen Sales Analytics & CRM Specialist (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std./Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben

* Als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden im In- und Ausland sorgen Sie mit innovativen Lösungen und hoher Serviceorientierung für nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit

* Sie identifizieren Chancen im Energiemarkt, leiten aus Daten wertvolle Erkenntnisse ab und unterstützen fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen

* Mit Ihrem analytischen Verständnis bereiten Sie komplexe Daten zu Transportdienstleistungen auf und gewährleisten hochwertige Entscheidungs- und Abrechnungsgrundlagen

* Sie gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit, treiben Optimierungen voran und schaffen effiziente Strukturen mit langfristigem Mehrwert

* In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern vernetzen Sie unterschiedliche Interessen und entwickeln gemeinsam nachhaltige Lösungen

* Auf europäischer Ebene haben Sie die Möglichkeit in Fachgremien mitzuwirken und vertreten unsere Interessen in einem internationalen Umfeld

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelorstudium

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit SAP-Anwendungen

* Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise sowie ein gutes Gespür für Daten, Prozesse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Hohe Genauigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Qualitätsorientierung gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise

* Proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit anderen nachhaltige Lösungen vorantreibt

Wir bieten ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 4.020,00 (38.5 Std./Woche) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
