Voor een van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een analytisch sterke en communicatieve Sales & Business Support Specialist. In deze veelzijdige rol vorm je de schakel tussen data, commerciële teams en klanten, waarbij je inzichten omzet in concrete acties die de business vooruithelpen.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een gevestigde en ambitieuze speler binnen de consumentenmarkt, met een sterke reputatie op het vlak van kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid. Vanuit hun vestiging in regio Maldegem werken verschillende afdelingen nauw samen om duurzame groei te realiseren. De organisatie combineert een professionele aanpak met een familiale bedrijfscultuur waarin initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan.

Omschrijving

  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, omzetgegevens en marktinformatie om commerciële inzichten te genereren.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en Excel-analyses ter ondersteuning van sales- en accountgesprekken.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen sales, marketing en belangrijke klanten.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van product- en klantgegevens binnen diverse systemen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van commerciële en logistieke data.
  • Ondersteunen van het commerciële team bij strategische accountvoorbereidingen.
  • Signaleren van trends, opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten op basis van data.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties en een efficiënte samenwerking tussen afdelingen.
  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële support-, analytische ofcustomer service omgeving.
  • Is sterk in Excel en haalt energie uit het werken met cijfers, analyses en rapporteringen.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een plus.
  • Werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Voelt zich comfortabel in een rol met veel interne en externe contacten.
  • Heeft een proactieve mindset en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Business Central is een sterke troef.
