Voor een internationaal actief bedrijf binnen de medische en farmaceutische sector zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Sales & Marketing Assistant. De organisatie ontwikkelt en verdeelt innovatieve producten voor professionele zorgverleners en zet sterk in op kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid.

Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar je deel uitmaakt van een commercieel team en zowel de sales- als marketingactiviteiten ondersteunt.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw functieAls Sales & Marketing Assistant ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse sales- en marketingactiviteiten vlot verlopen en ondersteunt collega's bij de verdere uitbouw van de commerciële strategie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Sales support: het commerciële team ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse activiteiten en de opvolging van klanten en prospecten.
  • Offertes en bestellingen: offertes voorbereiden, bestellingen opvolgen en klanten informeren over de status van hun aanvragen.
  • Klantencontact: vragen van klanten en distributeurs beantwoorden via telefoon en e-mail, in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Marketingondersteuning: helpen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van marketingcampagnes, promotionele acties en commerciële initiatieven.
  • Marketingmateriaal: presentaties, brochures en andere commerciële documenten up-to-date houden.
  • Events en beurzen: ondersteunen bij de organisatie van commerciële evenementen, vakbeurzen en andere marketingactiviteiten.
  • Rapportering: commerciële gegevens verzamelen en rapporten voorbereiden ter ondersteuning van het sales- en marketingteam.
  • Administratie: klantgegevens, documenten en commerciële informatie nauwkeurig beheren in de interne systemen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales support, marketing, commerciële administratie of een gelijkaardige functie. Ook een relevant diploma met een eerste stage- of werkervaring kan volstaan.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en helpt collega's graag verder.
  • Je hebt interesse in sales en marketing en vindt het fijn om verschillende activiteiten te combineren.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office. Kennis van CRM-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in de medische of farmaceutische sector is mooi meegenomen.
