Je komt terecht in een toonaangevende en innovatieve voedingsproducent waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en een familiale sfeer hand in hand gaan. Vanuit jouw rol zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen vlot verlopen, klanten snel geholpen worden en collega's op jou kunnen rekenen. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en klantgerichte aanpak draag je elke dag bij aan een uitstekende service.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt aan duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Je verwerkt en begeleidt bestellingen van aanvraag tot levering en bewaakt de volledige opvolging.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met collega's van planning, logistiek en productie om leveringen correct en tijdig te laten verlopen.
  • Je verwerkt klant- en ordergegevens nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt gemaakte afspraken, kwaliteit en levertermijnen en grijpt proactief in wanneer nodig.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele manier en zoekt steeds naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt de Key Account Managers bij offertes, klantbezoeken, administratieve opvolging en commerciële dossiers.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in de interne werking en draagt bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ook gemotiveerde starters met de juiste ingesteldheid komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk organisatorisch talent.
  • Je stelt de klant steeds centraal en haalt voldoening uit een uitstekende service.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en leert vlot werken met ERP-systemen.
